1. Returns Policy
At Wamatek, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer the following return options:
1.1 Return Timeframes
- In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Online Purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
1.2 Refund Process
- Defective Items: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-Defective Returns: May be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
- Cellphone accessories sales are final and not refundable.
- Refunds are processed once the return has been received and reviewed.
1.3 Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or misused are not eligible for return.
- Wamatek reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected items will be sent back, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
2. Free Domestic Returns
For customers within the United States, Wamatek offers free return shipping for eligible returns.
2.1 How It Works
- Contact Us: Email support@wamatek.com to obtain return approval and detailed instructions.
- Receive Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack your item(s) securely in a single bag or box and attach the provided return label.
- Drop Off Your Package: Deliver your package to your nearest USPS Post Office.
- Refund or Replacement: We will notify you via email once your return is received and reviewed.
2.2 Important Notes
- Please retain proof of postage (receipt from USPS) until your refund is processed.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label.
3. EU & International Returns
- We do not offer free return shipping for EU and international customers.
- Customers outside the U.S. must arrange their own return shipping at their own expense.
- All returns are subject to approval via email before shipping.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
4. Warranty Policy
Wamatek stands by the quality of its products. We offer warranties to protect your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
4.1 Standard Warranty
- Most purchases come with a 90-day repair warranty from the date of purchase.
4.2 Extended Warranties
- Some products may qualify for 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, or unlimited warranties through our brand partners.
- Warranty eligibility varies by product and will be indicated at the time of purchase.
4.3 Warranty Coverage
- Covers manufacturer defects and malfunctions that occur under normal usage.
- Does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or liquid exposure.
4.4 Warranty Claim Process

- Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions.
- Repair or Replacement: If eligible, Wamatek will repair or replace the product at no cost.
5. Statutory Rights
- Wamatek reserves the right to reject returns that are unrelated to original purchases or have been modified.
- Rejected items will be sent back, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
- This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
