Payment & Financing
Do you offer a payment plan, or must I fully pay for my device?
We offer financing options through trusted partners so you can pay in manageable installments rather than all upfront. Contact our team for details on available financing plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other popular payment methods at checkout. In-store, we also accept cash.
Shipping & Delivery
How soon can I expect my order?
Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days for in-stock items after payment clearance. Express shipping delivers in 1–2 business days.
Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes! Store pick-up is available at 9701 Valley View Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Mon–Sun, 10 AM – 6 PM). Email support@wamatek.com to schedule your pick-up. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping is available on qualified orders over $100 within the U.S. Expedited shipping is charged at the full shipping rate.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Wamatek ships to most international destinations. Shipping options and delivery times vary based on the destination. Note that free return shipping applies only to U.S. customers.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Contact support@wamatek.com with your order details and we'll assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Defective items are fully refunded with no restocking fee. Cellphone accessories are final sale.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
What is your return policy for store purchases?
In-store purchases can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
What are my return options?
For U.S. customers, we provide a free prepaid USPS return label. Email support@wamatek.com to start the process. International customers arrange their own return shipping. You may also return in-store during business hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wamatek.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be returned once received.
Trade-Ins & Buybacks
Will you buy my used electronic devices?
Yes! We buy, buyback, and accept trade-ins on a wide range of consumer electronics. Visit us in-store or contact support@wamatek.com to get started.
Will you buy carrier-locked cell phones?
Generally, devices must be capable of activation unless classified as 'Broken.' Contact us with device details for a specific assessment.
Is an ID required for trade-in?
Yes, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all trade-in transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
