Prepare Your Return

Drop Off at USPS
Deliver your package to your nearest USPS Post Office. Retain the proof of postage receipt.
Refund or Replacement
We notify you by email once your return is received and reviewed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or misused are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Please retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
- Cellphone accessories sales are final and not refundable.
- Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
