Condition Grades
All renewed devices are fully functional and backed by a 90-day repair warranty. We use two condition grades:
- Screen: Few, faint minor scratches — only visible upon close inspection or when rotating under light.
- Housing/Bezel: Few, faint minor blemishes — only visible upon close inspection.
- Fully functional. All buttons, ports, and features work as expected.
- Screen: Few to several faint scratches.
- Housing/Bezel: Several blemishes (scratches, scuffs) visible upon quick inspection.
- Compared to Excellent grade, the screen and housing show more signs of use.
- Fully functional. All buttons, ports, and features work as expected.
Battery Health
Battery health on all renewed devices will range from 75%–100%. We clearly indicate battery health in product listings so you always know exactly what you're getting.
