Ordered the iPhone SE 3rd generation through The Shop app for this store. The phone was for my nephew, we are a month in and the phone was as described & has been great. Got it for actually a great price! I was kinda nervous about ordering it since I didn’t know the store, but going through the app gave me some comfort. Glad I did though, they are legit 👍

I came in and bought a used cell phone, although risky, they let me put in my Sim card and make a phone call, so I could see that it works and they said I would get 7 days to bring it back, I should know that I'm satisfied by then. They had laptops, speakers, tv's, headphones, phone cases And watches they even sell snacks, it's a good place to go if you are wanting a cheaper option. Also thanks to *Hector and *Vanessa I'm sorry I might have forgot the names. But excellent customer job!

I had a lot of questions and issues that needed to be addressed. I needed to upgrade to a newer phone and I was having problems with my Apple password. Tyler got me a great new phone and figured out my password problem. My new phone works great and I have had no issues. As a relatively low tech person I was not looking forward to this but Tyler made the whole experience completely pain free. I’d give him 10 stars if I could and we’ll do my best to send people their way.
