This is the second time I've been to the store, staff are always friendly and super helpful. Best place I've found with a decent selection of all brands and most current models.
Edit: 06/06/25 Both Alex and Vivi are AMAZING!
My wife was having an issue with her new phone, when we returned they went well above and beyond anything I would have ever expected to make sure everything was working and fixed by the time we left! Can't wait to return in the future for our next upgrades!

Ordered the iPhone SE 3rd generation through The Shop app for this store. The phone was for my nephew, we are a month in and the phone was as described & has been great. Got it for actually a great price! I was kinda nervous about ordering it since I didn’t know the store, but going through the app gave me some comfort. Glad I did though, they are legit 👍

I came in and bought a used cell phone, although risky, they let me put in my Sim card and make a phone call, so I could see that it works and they said I would get 7 days to bring it back, I should know that I'm satisfied by then. They had laptops, speakers, tv's, headphones, phone cases
And watches they even sell snacks, it's a good place to go if you are wanting a cheaper option.

I googled used phones near me and was so happy to find a legitimate seller with SO many options! The woman at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions and issues that needed to be addressed. I needed to upgrade to a newer phone and I was having problems with my Apple password. Tyler got me a great new phone and figured out my password problem. My new phone works great and I have had no issues. As a relatively low tech person I was not looking forward to this but Tyler made the whole experience completely pain free. I’d give him 10 stars if I could and we’ll do my best to send people their way.
